Got home 7:30 AM this morning and my mom asked me if I could prepare lunch for later... they loved my cooking the last time that she's asking I prepare the same thing. I told her I'll try to make something up from what we have in the kitchen.
I decided to cook Kao Soi. It's supposed to chicken with Egg Noodles but all I have was Rice Noodles... Improvise. :)
