Driving more traffic to your blog

I recently had the chance to go back to my blogging. Been looking around the internet for information on the new technologies and strategies to get more page views on my site. I guess I got really perked up with the idea of people getting really high page visits per month. I stumbled upon this website www.problogger.net. This website basically gives suggestions on how you can get more traffic to your blog and I found this really cool tool that makes it work really well called CrazyEgg that basically lets you know what you're readers are clicking on your website. Pretty useful stuff especially for people like me who doesn't have a captured audience yet. I mean, I've been blogging since 2004 but I never really got the chance to blog about something that I know my visitors would love to read about. Another tool that I'm using now that makes my work a lot easier is called ScribeFire it's really a cool tool that allows you to blog even without logging manually into Blogger. Saves me alot of time and energy. Well that's it for now... Will post more articles soon. :)

Originally a catharsis project for a high school psychology class, this assignment for David Eric Poarch turned into quite an entertaining video. Having been booted from a previous catharsis performing team, David was forced to perform solo. He had only a couple of days to come up with an idea and did so at the very last minute. Singing, dancing, and acting to a medley of songs (Britney Spears' Toxic, Westlife's Uptown Girl & When You're Like That, Achy Breaky Heart, Starship's Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now, Disney's Kiss the Girl, and NSync's Bye Bye Bye) he made some of the best memories of his life through this unrehearsed and somewhat spur of the moment performance. It turned out to be quite a comical and impressive spectacle, to say the least. David is a half American half Filipino who attended Rice University in Texas for a little more than a year and has dropped out. He is now moving out of the country to become a nomad in the Philippines. He is currently dirt poor and scraping pennies (or centavos) just to buy bare necessities like food and water. He tries to maintain a web site ( http://coconuter.blogspot.com/) in order to earn some of his food money. He aspires of hitting it big one day in the Philippines somehow or some way. But for now, he's just a dirt poor person wandering in a third world country with just some knowledge, talent, and faith to guide the way. (more)

Just migrated to the new Blogger

Hey guys! I just migrated to the new Blogger Beta, hence the new look and the new functionality. You can check out the site and if you find anything wrong or a bug please don't hesitate to message me. Added functionalities are as follows.

You can now view all my posts easier by date or by label. Yes, I started putting labels on every post. I'm still working on putting labels to all of my previous posts. Please bear with me cause there's a total of more than 500 posts here. Also you can give your comments at the side bar plus there is a new feature that allows you to get a snapshot of the sites that are featured or mentioned in any of my previous posts. If you guys also would like to make a donation you can do so via paypal. I will donate 50% of the amount that I will get from this blog to UNICEF.

MoBlogging in Blogger

Hey guess what fellow bloggers?

Bumped into this article in Blogger and thought you guys might be interested. According to the article, we (blogger users) can now post articles and photos by sending an e-mail from a mobile phone to go@blogspot.com. After sending the post a separate blog will be created and users will need to claim and register their blog if they want mobile posts to be posted in their existing blog.

Well this is not new because blogging through email has been available for quite some time now (go to Settings > Posting and setup the blogging by email setting) but at least now blogging is made more accessible to everyone.
